The opportunity to attend PILD in April provided me with an amazing experience that included developing new skills when talking to partners about Extension. In addition to hearing from others across the country, I was selected to present a session to share personal experiences that my county has faced with funding in recent years. The conversations that followed the presentation made me even more grateful for this opportunity. I have made many new connections that I will continue to connect with in the future. I encourage other Extension professionals to consider attending a future PILD Conference.

Welcome to the ESP Global Relations Community! We are inviting you to attend a networking zoom call to meet and strengthen relationships with Extension peers interested in international service. The call is scheduled for May 26 starting at 12ET/11CT/10MT/9PT. The call will be informal and will give members a chance to share stories of their international service and experiences. In addition to building a network of peers nationally, the goal of this virtual mixer is to find opportunities for ESP global service and co-create a list of international conferences and opportunities. We ask you register with three simple questions at this link. Come help us explore and discover opportunities and become an engaged ESP Global Relations affiliate.
Those who go the extra mile and support our Extension profession by giving to the Development Fund are recognized annually on the ESP website at https://portal.espnational.org/Development. The money supports professional development and educational opportunities for our Extension Professionals. We want to recognize donors for their support. To see the list of donors, go to the website above and log in. Then scroll down to see the 2022 Endowment Contributor List. Click on that title to see on the first page the Endowment Contributors listed by Key Level of Giving and on the second page is the list of the chapters and individuals who gave during the 2022 Development Fund Campaign Year of June 1, 2021 to May 31, 2022.
During the 2022 Campaign Year a total of 183 individual members and two chapters made contributions. Members from 30 states made donations. We thank you!!

Three members have grants or scholarships named after them. Donations of $25,000 or more, with Board approval, can set up a fund named after themselves. The Board has set up two scholarships named for Richard R. Angus and for Art Redinger to recognize their giving. Art Redinger has annually created our wooden Key Plaque which the National President receives and it is purchased by honorariums for the national president as a fundraiser. As a fundraiser, it has done well over the years. Rita T. Wood established a grant to support chapter development. There are opportunities here for other members to support ESP. Planned estate giving is another way to help.
